Pricing FAQ
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Toolip is designed for non-technical creators. If you can build a workflow in n8n, you can build and sell a product in Toolip. The entire UI is drag-and-drop.
How do payments work?
Toolip uses Stripe Connect. When a user buys your tool, Stripe splits the payment automatically: 70% goes directly to your connected bank account, and Toolip keeps a 12% platform fee plus 18% for marketplace discovery (if applicable).
What is n8n and do I need it?
n8n is a self-hosted workflow automation tool. You need it to add backend logic to your tools (API calls, database queries, AI chains). If you only need static UI-only tools, n8n is optional.
Can I sell my tools immediately?
Yes, on the Creator or Business plan. Connect your Stripe account from the Settings page and you can publish paid tools instantly. Toolip handles the entire checkout flow for your buyers.
Is white-labeling available?
White-label features — custom domains, removing Toolip branding, multi-tenant client management — are available on the Business plan. Your clients will never know Toolip exists.
What happens to my tools if I downgrade?
Existing buyers keep full access to tools they've already purchased. You lose the ability to publish new paid tools until you upgrade again. Your draft tools remain saved.
